Sarah

Sarah is registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and offers counselling remotely to adult individuals and couples.

Sarah worked in the private sector almost immediately after graduating in 2013.  She went on to grow her own counselling practice alongside her own studies on a couples counselling programme in 2016.

Sarah is an integrative and humanistic therapeutic counsellor incorporating Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt approaches, in her practice.

She  is person-centered with an emphasis on empathy and genuineness.  She focuses on awareness and presence in her work and can incorporate meditation, mindfulness and breathwork to facilitate change.

Sarah combines her professional training, personal experience and natural gifts to work with you intuitively on your journey of self-discovery and transformation. Her aim is to always make you feel truly feel seen, heard and understood. Sarah also offers a non- judgemental safe space attuning to your individual needs, as we are all unique.

Sarah works with adults who are feeling anxious, depressed, disconnected, dysregulated, lost, overwhelmed, stressed, stuck and triggered.   She also supports people who are emotionally sensitive, often empaths or creatives or deep feelers who’ve been disconnected from their essence. Sarah can also help people who are navigating life transitions or burnout. Perhaps exhausted from over-giving, over-performing or hiding their truth.

Sarah offers grounded and compassionate steps to help you reclaim your self-worth, rebuild trust in yourself and step into your power.

“With the right support, everyone can achieve positive change.”

Sarah also helps couples explore communication patterns, behaviours, and emotions that contribute to conflict, creating a safe space to address issues such as trust, intimacy, and power struggles. Her compassionate approach supports couples in improving understanding and communication — whether they’re looking to strengthen their relationship or navigate a separation with clarity and respect.
