Melissa is a fully qualified and accredited counsellor registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy). She works with both individuals and couples, either in person or online.

Melissa works in an integrative way, utilising a mixture of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual client, these include Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Counselling, Gestalt Therapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Life Coaching, Inner Child Work and Mindfulness. Melissa has a natural warmth and an exceptional ability to empathise, enabling her to work with a wide range of issues. She has a special interest in working with students and individuals struggling with relationships and self love.
