Roz is a BACP Accredited Counsellor with over 17 years of experience working with couples.
Roz believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and in the telling of our stories. It is in the telling that we reassess, re-evaluate and understand why we feel and act and think the way we do. Roz offers a safe, confidential professional relationship in which the concerns of the client, which can feel overwhelming, frightening and confusing, can be shared and explored, leading to new insights, perspectives and possibilities. Roz believes in the importance of self awareness and self understanding and help her clients by facilitating this personal growth within therapy.
Roz’s counselling experience is within Mental Health and Addiction Services, Secondary School and Behaviour Support Services.
Roz is also a BUPA registered therapist and EAP provider.
