Welcome to Jesmond Therapy Centre, where our network of specialist independent therapists are dedicated to providing an array of talking therapies to help you feel special – about yourself, your work and your life.
Established in 2009, Jesmond Therapy Centre was one of the first centres of its kind in the North East to provide such a variety of talking therapies in one place. We offer clients a spacious and tranquil environment nestled in a peaceful, leafy corner of Jesmond – close to the heart of the city, but with plentiful free parking.
The therapists will focus on what is right for you whether it be counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy or trauma work, all of these therapies will be practiced by qualified independent professionals.
If you are seeking help and support and time is of the essence we are able to offer appointments quickly, working around your own work and personal commitments. We’ll help match the choice of therapy to your individual needs.
Your journey of change takes place in the light, relaxed setting of our beautifully equipped suite of six therapy rooms. No matter what your reason for visiting the Centre, you can be assured of a confidential, professional service in discreet, quiet surroundings.
Your well-being is our priority …
Jesmond Therapy Centre has over 50 independent therapists working out of the Centre and provides one of the broadest ranges of therapies in the North East.
If you are seeking emotional support to help you deal with a crisis you can be assured that the therapists are:

- Referenced and checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service
