Welcome to Jesmond Therapy Centre, where our team of specialist therapists are dedicated to providing an array of Talking therapies to help you feel special – about yourself, your work and your life.
Established in 2009, Jesmond Therapy Centre was one of the first centres of its kind in the North East to provide such a variety of talking therapies in one place. We offer our clients a spacious and tranquil environment nestled in a peaceful, leafy corner of Jesmond – close to the heart of the city, but with plentiful free parking.
Our therapists will focus on what is right for you whether it be counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy or trauma work, all of these therapies will be practised by qualified, experienced professionals.
If you are seeking help and support and time is of the essence we are able to offer appointments quickly, working around your own work and personal commitments. We’ll help match the choice of therapy to your individual needs.
Your journey of change takes place in the light, relaxed setting of our beautifully equipped suite of six therapy rooms. No matter what your reason for visiting the centre, you can be assured of a totally confidential, professional service in discreet, quiet surroundings.
